Where do I start ? All I can say is “thank you Drowsy”. As a woman in her 60s I was beginning to give up on being able to change my sleep pattern. It’s true that you need less sleep as you age but I have endured years of fractured poor sleep (which inevitably impacted my energy levels and my appearance). The Drowsy Duo of sleep and beauty supplements have been a game changer. I look and feel so much better .
After taking the supplements for a couple of weeks I noticed I was sleeping longer at night - I usually wake up several times a night due to joint pain - but now I’m only waking up once, at the most twice so I’m hoping that with continued use I may even be able to sleep all through the night!
